Ho trovato il logo FICK!!

Mentre sfogliavo un vecchio libro di clip-art (del 97) che offre immagini da utilizzare per grafici e creativi (andavano molto di moda qualche 7/8 anni fa). Guardate che cosa mi è saltato all'occhio!!


Ma ha l'aria un po' familiare.... Ma si è proprio lui!! Il canoista che ci rappresenta tutti!!!
Il nostro logo è fatto con una cli-art...

E' anche un po' curioso quello che il libro riporta come "licenza d'uso delle cli-part"... non è proriamente una licenza di royalty free...

Humm...
Non sono un avvocato ma io la leggo così: puoi usare (e modificare) le clipart nelle tue stampe, presentazioni e siti ma non puoi rivenderle come clip-art, foto o in altro modo. E in nessun modo queste immagini possono essere affittate o cedute sotto altre licenze (la creazione di un logo prevede una cessione di licenza di utilizzo...)

Abbiamo forse un logo che non è in regola con i diritti d'autore?
